VITAL HEALTHCARE PROPERTY TRUST

Coordination of the Due Diligence process on behalf of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (formerly ING New Zealand and Calan Healthcare) with respect to the purchase of the asset within the Essential Healthcare Property Trust. The purchase of these assets, valued at approximately $160 m, was successfully completed. The portfolio comprised a total of 12 individual assets situated in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania. It included Acute Care Hospitals, Psychiatric Hospitals, Day Surgery, and multi-medical consulting room developments.

ELGAR HILL MEDICAL SUITES, BOX HILL

Initially providing consultancy services for design, layout, and inclusions of developing an 18 consulting suite development known as Elgar Hill, Box Hill. This was followed by the subsequent development and execution of a marketing program targeted to the medical fraternity that led to the successful sales of the suites.

SAN CLINIC PARKWAY

Appointed by the Seventh Day Adventist Church to consult and subsequently sell suites in a new development within its Sydney Adventist Hospital campus.

ROYAL CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

The Initial advisory services and ongoing Property and Asset Management on behalf of the private sector’s interest in the Royal Children’s Hospital Private, Public, Partnership.

ST VINCENT’S PUBLIC MELBOURNE

Management of St Vincent’s Public Hospital’s entire property portfolio in which it is both landlord and lessee.

VICTORIA CLINIC - PRAHAN

Principal negotiators leading to the pre-leasing of the recently constructed Healthscope hospital at the existing Victoria Clinic site in Prahran, Victoria.

100 VICTORIA PARADE, EAST MELBOURNE

The purchase and redevelopment of 100 Victoria Parade, East Melbourne into a medical address which included approximately 60 consulting suites and a large private Day Surgery incorporating 5 operating theatres.
